Cinnamon Rolls

Oven Temp: 375°F | Bake Time: 20-25 min

AKA Cinna-Swirls


  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 to 4 1/3 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Yeast
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 TBSP Butter + 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Flour, Cinnamon, and Yeast.
  2. In a saucepan, stir/heat together Column 1. Heat until 120°F-130°F
  3. Add milk mixture to dry along with eggs. Beat on Low for 30 Sec. Scrap sides and bottom of bowl!! Beat on High for 3 minutes.
  4. Add remaining flour and knead dough with Hook Attachment until dough is smooth.
  5. Place into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for an hour.
  6. Punch down Dough, turn onto lightly floured surface and cut in half and let rest for 10 min.
  7. Grease 2 baking pans.
  8. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, roll out to a rectangle. Let rest.
  9. Add Butter and sprinkle with Sugar and Cinnamon.
  10. Starting from a long side, carefully roll up dough. Seal seam by pinching the dough together.
  11. Cut into even piece and place them in pan. Cover and let rise for an 30 minutes.
  12. Bake in 375°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Slightly cool on rack then remove from pan.
